I've said it before and I'll say it again... Vanessa Vale does historical erotica right.
Set in a fictional town with unusual marital practices, this spicy tale is deliciously tantalizing. With more subservient women of that time period, the premise was easy to sink into... and then relax and let the tingling begin!
In this fourth book of the series, Vale adds in a sexy, sexy twist. It's a ménage! Two yummy cowboys and one willing woman make for a decadent tale. The way they master her nearly had me panting. And oh the spanking! Seriously, check out this quote...
"Soon enough you'll understand, but for now, just remember, this is our command, not your choice. All you have to do is be a good girl and do as we tell you. You don't have to want it. You don't have to like it. But we will do as we think is best and we will pleasure you."
This was my favorite male narrator of the entire series. I liked the female narrator too - she was able to bring the uncertainty, excitement and embarrassment across and made the heroine all the more real.
